Customer Service Representative (CSR) position blends Route Sales, Technical Service, and Customer Support in the hospitality industry around the Metro-Atlanta area. Candidates must be adaptable and able to transition between roles to support customers and the team at the highest level. Essential Job Functions
- Perform routine preventative maintenance at all customer locations
- Troubleshoot and repair commercial dishmachines and related equipment
- Serve as a supportive and collaborative member of the service team
- Perform Route Sales Manager responsibilities as needed by the Route Sales team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to climb, kneel, crouch, or lie on the floor to perform repairs
- Ability to work in tight spaces behind or under equipment
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to repeatedly enter and exit a company vehicle throughout the workday
Work Environment
- Work performed primarily in commercial kitchens, dishrooms, and food service environments
- Exposure to heat, moisture, steam, and elevated noise levels
- Occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals (PPE and training provided)
- Driving company service vans or box trucks to customer locations within assigned territory
- Fast-paced environment requiring schedule flexibility and responsiveness
Experience Requirements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- A friendly, personable disposition is required
- Clean MVR / Driving Record
Preferred Qualifications
- CDL with Hazmat Endorsement
- Mechanical, technical service, or field repair experience
- Experience in route sales, field support, or hospitality service
