Job Summary
Super Source is looking for a personable Route Manager to manage and develop a weekly route of customers in the hospitality and healthcare industries. Our customers include restaurants, hotels, country clubs, and healthcare facilities in the Nashville area. Are you good with people and highly motivated? We’d love to hear from you. Essential Job Functions
- Maintain relationships with managers and chefs at customer locations
- Help customers manage inventory levels of products
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems
- You need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Experience Requirements
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate with the team
- A clean driving record (CDL Preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- You will need organizational skills
- A friendly personable disposition is a must

- Start with a base salary of $48,000-$55,000 as you learn the ropes, with the opportunity to grow into a $70,000 role through our commission structure
