Route Sales Managers are responsible for keeping customers; this is done by managing inventory, staying in communication with the customers, communicating customer needs to SuperSource for support, and problem solving.

Starting pay can range between $45K and $60K annually, but with incentives the pay can exceed $80K.

All tools, phone, uniforms and route vehicle are provided.  A clean driving record is required. A CDL Class C license with Hazmat endorsement is preferred but not required. We provide training and certification assistance.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain relationships with managers and chefs at customer locations
• Help customers manage inventory levels of products
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems

Experience Requirements

• Ability to work independently and to collaborate with the team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• You will need organizational skills 
• A friendly personable disposition is a must
• High level of communication
