We are searching for a detail-oriented and analytical Retail Pricing Coordinator to join our Corporate Office team. In this role, you will help ensure accurate pricing, maintain item files, and manage promotional updates for all store locations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with data across multiple systems. You will play a key role in supporting our pricing strategy, communicating pricing instructions to stores, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth and accurate pricing execution across the company.
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Downtown / Metro)
Compensation: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update pricing databases, item files, and promotional price changes.
- Prepare and distribute weekly ad pricing, promotional updates, and pricing instructions to stores.
- Review and resolve pricing discrepancies reported by stores in coordination with Buying and IT.
- Monitor competitor pricing and support pricing recommendations.
- Generate pricing and promotional performance reports for management.
- Ensure accurate new item setup and timely communication of price changes.
- Support scan accuracy initiatives by maintaining high-quality data at the system level.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to support pricing processes and promotional execution.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with POS/pricing or inventory systems; strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
