Job Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized, fashion-forward, and digitally savvy team member to join our team in a hybrid role combining social media coordination, retail operations, and luxury client experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, understands elevated customer service, and can seamlessly balance content planning with in-store and backend operations.
- Coordinate and plan social media content across platforms
- Assist with content creation, scheduling, posting, and engagement
- Help execute brand campaigns, launches, and creative initiatives
- Maintain Shopify Shopify POS operations (Sales)
- Support daily retail operations and client communications
- Provide elevated customer service and luxury-level client experience
- Assist with inventory, fulfillment, and store upkeep
- Collaborate on photoshoots, content days, and marketing initiatives
- Stay current on trends, fashion, social media, and consumer behavior
- Experience with Shopify Shopify POS required
- Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or client-facing sales
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Social media savvy with an eye for aesthetics and branding
- Comfortable coordinating content calendars and creative planning
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and current digital trends
- Fashion-forward mindset with strong attention to detail
