Construction Laborer – Hydro Excavation Crew
Super Construction LLC is hiring a full-time Construction Laborer to follow our hydro excavation truck and restore work areas after excavation is completed.
Responsibilities:
- Fill and compact holes after hydro excavation
- Restore dirt, gravel, grass, and disturbed areas
- Load, unload, and carry materials
- Operate hand tools and compaction equipment
- Set up and clean job sites
- Follow all company and job-site safety requirements
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to follow directions and work well with a crew
- Construction or landscaping experience preferred, but willing to train
- Willingness to travel to different Michigan job sites
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed
Pay: $25.68 - $30.92 per hour
Work Location: In person
