As the first point of contact with potential customers, you’ll play a critical role in growing our client base. What You’ll Do
- Represent Super Color Digital’s products and services with confidence, using your knowledge of the industry and client needs to create real value
- Generate and qualify leads through a mix of calls, email outreach, and social media
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and collaborate closely with account executives to move opportunities forward
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and meetings with qualified prospects
- Consistently report on your outreach activity and progress against goals
- Help refine our lead generation playbook by identifying what works and what doesn’t
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment with coachability, agility, and resilience.
Must-Haves
- 1 years of experience of inside sales or sales development, with a history of exceeding targets
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Confidence on the phone and in navigating conversations with decision-makers
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with excellent time management
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
- 5 years of relevant experience in sales development or inside sales
- Experience with ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lead 411, or similar lead databases.
- A genuine interest in creative marketing, color printing, events, or visual solutions
