Team Member
Super Chix Chicken & Custard is a hybrid quick service restaurant in Indian Land, SC. We are currently seeking motivated, energetic, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Team Members. Our ideal candidates are friendly, hardworking, and ready to learn.
We are always looking to hire ALL CREW POSITIONS, Managers = $17 and Crew Members = $16-18 *with tips - Tips may very (Current average at $4/hr per team member)
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting and serving customers. Serving guests and providing a positive experience.
- Preparing food and beverages.
- Cleaning and sanitation.
- General restaurant work.
- Working as part of a team to provide the highest level of customer service.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly restaurant.
- Working safely to maintain health and safety regulations.
- Working efficiently to prepare food, beverages, and equipment.
- Performing opening/closing duties such as inventory, washing dishes, filling inventory requests, etc.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
Required Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers at all levels of the organization, both verbally and written. Must be able to follow verbal instructions while looking for an answer to a question or look for solutions to a problem. Must be able to follow written instructions while looking for an answer to a problem or look for solutions to a problem at all levels of the organization. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to stand for eight hours at a time. Must be able to work during all hours shifts are scheduled. Must be able to work weekends. Must be able to work overtime when needed. Must have reliable transportation. Must have valid driver's license. Must have good attendance.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
