Position Overview:
As a Bartender at Catch 23, you’ll be the face of our bar program—crafting cocktails, pouring drinks, engaging with guests, and creating a fun, inviting vibe. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows their spirits, and is passionate about hospitality.
Pay:
$2.13/hour plus tips – high earning potential in a high-traffic, lively setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mix, garnish, and serve cocktails and other beverages accurately and efficiently
- Deliver exceptional service and engage guests in a friendly, welcoming manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and bar area
- Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies
- Keep accurate tabs, handle payments, and operate the POS system
- Assist with opening, closing, and bar prep duties
- Stay up to date on drink menus, seasonal specials, and promotions
- Collaborate with barbacks, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years old
- Previous bartending experience required
- Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, and wine
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Energetic, positive attitude and professional appearance
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
