Position Overview

Super Auto Toys is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sales Associate with a passion for die-cast collectibles, Hot Wheels, Jada, M2 Machines, Auto World, Mini GT, Matchbox, Funko Pops, trading cards, and collectibles in general.

The ideal candidate is a collector at heart, enjoys talking with customers, can identify collectible products, understands current market trends, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. This position requires excellent customer service, multitasking skills, and full weekend availability.

Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service

• Assist customers in finding collectibles and products that match their interests.
• Build relationships with collectors and repeat customers.
• Educate customers about product releases, rare finds, and collectible trends.
• Recommend complementary products and upsell when appropriate.
• Help achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Inventory & Merchandising

• Receive, inspect, price, and stock merchandise.
• Organize displays and keep shelves fully stocked.
• Maintain collector sections by brand, scale, and category.
• Assist with inventory counts and product audits.
• Help identify valuable, limited-edition, or chase collectibles.

Store Operations

• Operate POS system and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store appearance.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries in-store, by phone, and through social media.
• Support live sales events, product drops, and special promotions.

Social Media & Community Engagement

• Assist with TikTok Live sales when needed.
• Create basic content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Engage with the collector community and stay informed about market trends.
• Help promote new arrivals and limited releases.

Qualifications Required

• Knowledge of Hot Wheels, die-cast collectibles, and collector culture.
• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be available ALL weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Preferred

• Active collector of Hot Wheels, Jada, Matchbox, Mini GT, M2 Machines, Auto World, Funko, Trading Cards, or similar collectibles.
• Experience selling on TikTok Live, eBay, Whatnot, Facebook Marketplace, or other collector platforms.
• Basic knowledge of collectible values, chase pieces, treasure hunts, and limited editions.
• Social media experience.

Schedule

• Part-Time Available
• Must be available:
• Saturdays
• Sundays
• Holidays and special release events
• Flexible weekday availability is a plus.
