Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a front desk representative, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, efficient operations, and seamless communication. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for guests’ entire stay, ensuring they feel valued and cared for from check-in to check-out. We do provide training. Training is completed on the evening shift. Must be able to work AM and PM shifts. Part-time and full-time are available. Pay may increase based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously while providing accurate information about hotel services and amenities.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations efficiently to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information using hotel management software.
- Promptly meet guest needs by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
- Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a welcoming environment at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest services, night audit procedures, and front desk operations, is beneficial.

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
