What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist/Night Audit position at Super 8 Pueblo?

- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Must be always attentive, courteous and efficient in the dealings with the clients, guests, and all other employees.
- Greet and welcome all guests approaching the front desk according to standards.
- Answer all guests inquires (i.e. hotel services and amenities, the area, etc.).
- Establish and maintain good communications and team work with fellow employees and other departments within the hotel.
- Comply at all times with compliance standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Focus on his/her role in contributing to guest satisfaction.
- Develop a team player attitude for good of the hotel.
- Always friendly, attentive, courteous and efficient in the dealings with guests.
- Be familiar with all policies and hotel rules, as well as hotel terminology.
- Develop full understanding of hotel amenities and services.
- Understand emergency procedures and be prepared to help when necessary.
- Ensure correct and accurate cash handling while at the front desk.
- Perform any other duties as requested by upper management.
- Be able to perform all duties of a Front Desk Agent.
- Respond to guest comments and concerns in a courteous, professional manner.
- Assists guest availability inquiries, or questions regarding travel plans.
- Notify Supervisor of unusual circumstances and situations.
- Monday thru Thursday 11pm to 7am 4 days a week. (Night Audit)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.16 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 per week
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Pueblo, CO 81008: Relocate before starting work (Required)
