We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate provides excellent guest service and ensures a smooth check-in and check-out experience while supporting daily hotel operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed
- Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens as needed
Requirements
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays)
