- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of our establishment
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls efficiently
- Check guests in and out using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, concierge services, and special accommodations
- Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns with empathy and resolving issues swiftly
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
- Support hotel operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Knowledge of front desk procedures, including check-in/out processes and guest relations
- Experience with hotel management software or property management systems (PMS) is a plus
