Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests during late-night check-ins and check-outs with friendly, efficient service using multi-line phone systems and front desk procedures.
- Conduct nightly audits of property management systems to reconcile accounts, verify reservations, and prepare financial reports.
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly through customer service problem-solving, and communicate effectively via phone etiquette and client communication skills.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, incident reports, and shift logs to support operational transparency.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to address guest requests and resolve any property or service issues swiftly.
Experience
- Previous experience in front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving in fast-paced settings.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
