This is an overnight position, with hours similar to 9:30 pm-7:30 am three to four nights a week. This schedule will regularly include every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.

You'll manage the overnight operations, balance accounts, and provide exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression. Compensation:$18 - $20.50 hourly
Responsibilities:
Oversee the hotel's nightly operations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and staff alike.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
Assist in processing guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.
Balance daily financial transactions, preparing accurate reports for management review.
Maintain a welcoming, secure, and clean environment, conducting regular property checks throughout the night.
Collaborate and communicate with the front desk team to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
- Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required
- Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred
- Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours
