- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions
- Maintain accurate reservation records and assist with room assignments to optimize occupancy
- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to answer inquiries and provide information
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts, and preparing reports for management
- Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience

Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within the hospitality industry
