- Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest requests, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring data accuracy for accounting purposes
- Maintain guest records, reservations, and billing information with precision and confidentiality
- Respond promptly to guest concerns or issues, resolving them efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor hotel security systems and perform routine safety checks throughout the property during overnight shifts
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and uphold hotel standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with night audit responsibilities
- Strong customer service skills with a welcoming attitude and excellent phone etiquette
