- Manage guest reservations accurately using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution to foster positive guest relations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming atmosphere.
- Process payments securely and accurately, adhering to phone etiquette and hotel policies.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs promptly.
