Job Summary:
This position must be able to answer calls and display expertise in all lines of business of the Ambulatory Call Center and present a positive, high level of service. The incumbent will become a Subject Matter Expert in a designated line of business and also assist the Team Leaders with training new staff as well as existing staff re-education to include quality assurance monthly. Additionally, this position will provide support to the Team Leaders with specific tasks related to advanced scheduling and callers needing additional assistance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree and two years of relevant health care or call center experience (preferably in a hospital or medical call center setting) or equivalent combination of education and experience PLUS one year experience as an Ambulatory Call Center Representative at Upstate University Hospital. Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills, ability to manage multiple priorities.
Work Days:
Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
