SUNY Delhi is seeking dynamic and dedicated Adjunct Instructors to teach clinical courses in our pre-licensure nursing program. Clinical learning opportunities are offered in a variety of healthcare settings in Delaware, Otsego and occasionally in surrounding counties. Adjunct instructor positions are part-time. Adjuncts may be eligible for generous healthcare benefits based on teaching load.

School of Nursing Majors Offering Clinical Instruction|
- Registered Nurse
- Bachelors: Dual Degree Program
Duties may include:
- Clinical Instruction and evaluation of pre-licensure nursing students
- Developing and managing course syllabi while adhering to department and college standards
- Collaborating with colleagues in course curriculum
- Delivering learning-centered instruction to undergraduate students
- Assist in the growth and success of a diverse population of students through careful preparation of course materials, effective teaching methodologies, informed critical feedback on assignments and discussions
- Develop and adapt curriculum incorporating current technologies into the clinical learning environment
- Implementing school/campus academic and attendance policies
- Pursuing knowledge of innovations and changes within subject area and field of practice
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse community and meet the needs of diverse student populations
Job Requirements:
- MSN or enrolled in MSN Program
- Unencumbered NYS RN License
- Recent clinical experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior teaching experience
- Prior teaching at the collegiate level
