About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Sr/Account Manager to join our dynamic team focused on providing advanced automotive components to leading electric vehicle manufacturers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the EV sector.
Job Descriptions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key automotive clients, and manage day-to-day communication, like from RFQ stage through mass production phase;
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s footprint in the EV automotive parts market.
- Cost negotiation with understanding of BOM cost breakdown analysis;
- Work closely with operation team in communicating build schedule/cost/mass production capacity planning;
- Active meetings with customers regarding project status/engineering issues/future opportunities;
- Establish and maintain all level of relationships both internally and externally.
Job Requirements
- Key account business development and sales experiences in Electric Vehicle Industry in North America;
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving skills;
- Good command in both written and oral English, Chinese mandarin is a plus;
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above;
- 5 years working experience in OEM/Consumer Electronics Industry, project management, supply chain management;
- Understanding of BOM cost structure and basic understanding of DFM;
Salary : $150,000 - $220,000
