Operations Coordinator
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Sunvek Roofing is a licensed and insured residential and commercial roofing contractor serving the Phoenix valley. We are growing fast and looking for a sharp, organized, and ambitious person to join our Phoenix office as an Operations Coordinator.

This is not a “just answer the phones” job. You will sit at the center of how our business runs. You will coordinate between customers, sales, and production, work directly with our General Manager and leadership team, and learn every part of a roofing operation. You will take on more as fast as you show you can handle it.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for new customers and existing clients by phone.
• Coordinate the flow of work in ServiceTitan, including: 
  • Customer data entry
  • Job scheduling
  • Assigning leads and appointments to sales reps
  • Updating project records and workflows
• Track jobs through each stage of production through completion.
• Keep customers updated on where their project stands.
• Help with accounts receivable collections and customer invoicing.
• Support job costing and project financial tracking.
• Keep records clean and accurate across departments.
• Act as the communication hub between customers, sales, production, and leadership.
• Spot problems and fix them. Help us build and improve processes as we grow.

What We’re Looking For:

• Smart, organized, and hungry to learn. Experience in coordination, office management, or operations is a plus but not required. We care more about how you think and how hard you work.
• Someone who wants more responsibility and is willing to earn it.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to juggle multiple jobs, people, and priorities at once.
• Detail-oriented and good at solving problems.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and picking up new software quickly.
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
• A college degree is a plus but not required.
