- Manage our ServiceTitan platform, including:
- Customer data entry
- Job scheduling
- Assigning leads and appointments to sales reps
- Updating project records and workflows
- Track jobs through each stage of production through completion.
- Help with accounts receivable collections and customer invoicing.
- Support job costing and project financial tracking.
- Keep records clean and accurate across departments.
- Act as the communication hub between customers, sales, production, and leadership.
- Spot problems and fix them. Help us build and improve processes as we grow.
- Smart, organized, and hungry to learn. Experience in office management or operations is a plus but not required. We care more about how you think and how hard you work.
- Someone who wants more responsibility and is willing to earn it.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Detail-oriented and good at solving problems.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and picking up new software quickly.

- A college degree is a plus but not required.
