Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of primary care or internal medicine experience

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive adult primary care
- Manage chronic conditions
- Perform preventive/wellness visits
- Document accurately in EMR
- Work collaboratively with physicians and other APPs
