Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner – Internal Medicine
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our boutique internal medicine practice.
Strong hands-on experience with ECW (Electronic Clinical Works) is highly preferred. The ideal candidate is comfortable using ECW for clinical documentation, chart review, orders, and daily patient workflows.
You will provide comprehensive care to adult patients, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute medical needs, while working closely with our physicians and clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality primary and internal medicine care to adult patients
- Manage preventive care, chronic conditions, and acute illnesses
- Build strong, long-term relationships with patients
- Efficiently use ECW for charting, documentation, orders, and clinical workflows
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff on patient care and treatment plans
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Maintain accurate medical records and comply with healthcare regulations
Requirements
- Current Florida PA or APRN/NP license and appropriate national certification
- Strong hands-on ECW experience is highly preferred
- Experience in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Primary Care preferred
- Excellent clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
