Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success at Suntek Systems Inc. As a Customer Success, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as ensuring customer satisfaction, analytical skills application, customer retention strategies, relationship building, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Irvine, CA. Also, you will be responsible to find the potential customers.
