Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team in Washington, DC. This hybrid role offers flexibility for remote work while supporting attorneys in managing complex litigation matters. The ideal candidate will play a key role in all phases of litigation, from case preparation through trial support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in managing litigation cases from inception through resolution
• Prepare, organize, and file legal documents in state and federal courts
• Conduct thorough document review to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist with legal research, including statutes, case law, and precedents
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents
• Maintain case files, track deadlines, and manage case calendars
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal or in a similar legal support role
• Strong knowledge of legal document preparation and filing procedures
• Experience with document review and case management
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting pleadings and motions
• Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with litigation software/tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification preferred

Pay: $70,900.00 - $95,000.00 per year
