Job Title: UNIX/Linux Migration Consultant
- Client location:11 Metrotech Center, 4th Floor, Brooklyn, NY
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
- Billing: 7 hours per day
- Interview Process: Initial webcam interview followed by an in-person interview
Minimum Qualifications
- 4 years'' experience planning and executing UNIX server migrations, including cutover strategy for file systems, binaries, and middleware
- 4 years'' experience designing and implementing high availability and disaster recovery for server infrastructure
- 4 years'' experience managing migration planning, including stakeholder coordination, scope definition, risk mitigation, and change management
- 4 years'' experience providing post-migration stabilization and Hyper Care support, including performance troubleshooting
- 4 years'' experience configuring and troubleshooting AIX, Linux, and Solaris servers
