Kitchen Utility/Dishwasher – DiamondHead Beach Resort

Properly cleans & sanitizes plate ware, glassware, utensils & equipment for guests & employees, utilizing appropriate sanitation guidelines, cleaning solutions & adhering to company policies as well as state & federal law regarding sanitation of dishes, etc. Place clean plate ware, glassware, utensils, pots/pans & other items in specified areas for use by kitchen staff & guests. Keep workstation areas clean by sweeping, mopping, wiping countertops & emptying trash. Perform shift and/or closing duties.

Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time. Must have full range of motion in arms, fingers, hands, and legs. Ability to lift, push or pull minimum of 50 lbs. Must be able to work in hot, damp environment. Must be able to communicate in English. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends & holidays as needed.
