JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for washing and properly storing all cooking utensils, china equipment, flatware and glassware at Glen Eagle Golf & Country Club Country.
HOURS/DAYS
Hours and days fluctuate according to the wants and needs of the members and guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Wash all dishes in dishwashing machine or by hand.
- Washes/scrub pots and pans.
- Collects trash from kitchen areas, empties barrels, wash and re-lines with new bag.
- Sweeps entire kitchen floor.
- Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
- Unloads and cleans dishwashing machine.
- Cleans all glassware.
- Washes and cleans receiving area and trash areas.
- Assists cook with food preparation.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
