Cell Phone Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Phone Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, across various operating systems such as Android and iOS. Your technical expertise will enable you to provide exceptional service to our customers while ensuring their devices are functioning optimally.

Duties

• Diagnose issues with mobile devices, including hardware and software problems.
• Perform repairs on a variety of mobile devices, utilizing hand tools and soldering techniques as needed.
• Provide technical support to customers, assisting them with troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
• Analyze device schematics to understand repair requirements and processes.
• Maintain knowledge of current operating systems, including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows.
• Conduct field service visits when necessary to address customer needs on-site.
• Assist in retail sales by providing product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Keep accurate records of repairs performed and parts used.

Requirements

• Proficiency in repairing mobile devices with a strong understanding of Android and iOS platforms.
• Experience with computer hardware and software troubleshooting is essential.
• Familiarity with macOS and Windows operating systems is a plus.
• Strong analysis skills to diagnose issues effectively.
• Ability to use hand tools for equipment repair tasks.
• Previous experience in technical support or field service roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of retail sales practices is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers.

Pay: $3,636.97 - $6,636.97 per month
