Job Skills / Requirements

Sunstates Security is hiring Full-Time Shift Lead in the Roseville, CA area. This position offers a pay rate of $26.26/hr, paid weekly. 

Requirements:

• 1 Years Supervisory experience
• CA Guard Card/ 40 hr Certificate
• CPR Certified
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record 
• Must be knowledgeable in all Google applications. 
• 3 years’ experience with security systems is required. 
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays, as needed. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• A professional demeanor with sound judgment and integrity. 

Responsibilities:

• Knowledgeable in creating briefing material digitally to present to the overall Security Team. 
• Ability to review and proof written incidents reports as needed. 
• Ability to conduct scenario-based training with the Security Team. 
• Train and empower Security Officers to oversee all day-to-day operations of the site and promote the highest standards of efficiency, profitability, customer service and ethics. 
•  Enthusiastically provide support, encouragement and motivation to help our Security Team. 
• Train officers on procedural guidelines, company policies, and operational & site-specific forms. 
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols within an office, and industrial complex.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
