HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Sunstates Security is hiring an experienced Full-Time Site Supervisor at a client site in the Fort Madison, IA area. This position offers a pay rate of $19.57/hr, paid weekly.

Security Supervisors are responsible for the daily functioning of a contract site including operations, customer service, personnel management, security & safety in accordance with Sunstates objectives.

Requirements:

• Previous security supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Experience with employee scheduling or workforce management strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to handle staffing challenges and make decisions independently
• Comfortable working with computers, email, scheduling systems, and reporting platforms
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and respond to staffing needs when necessary
• Must meet all applicable security licensing and site-specific requirements

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the site, holds the team accountable, and can balance people management, scheduling, and daily security operations. The successful candidate will be a dependable leader who communicates well, stays organized, and takes pride in providing excellent service to both the security team and the client.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
