Hiring Immediately, Pay Range $ Dependent on Experience, PAID WEEKLY!
Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30am - 4pm. Overtime determined based on business needs.

Have you got what it takes?
Sunstate is a proud Second Chance employer that evaluates every candidate on a case-by-case basis.
- Previous experience in construction equipment, heavy equipment, automotive parts, or industrial parts distribution is preferred but not required.
- Intermediate computer skills with experience using AS400, SmartEquip, Microsoft Office, inventory control, purchasing, or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Experience reading parts manuals, identifying replacement parts, and supporting technicians is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain an organized inventory and accurately process shipping, receiving, and parts transactions.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests, work with a sense of urgency, and meet shipping and delivery timelines.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technicians and internal customers.
- Forklift experience is preferred or the ability to become forklift certified.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors throughout the day.
- Be a self starter, willing to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a fast paced team environment with opportunities for growth.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in Parts Management: Background in Diesel, Automotive, or Equipment Rental industries preferred.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to focus on intricate details and maintain accuracy.
- Strong Written Communication Skills: Excellent ability to convey information clearly and effectively in writing.
- Adaptability: Proven capability to manage frequent interruptions with ease and maintain productivity.
- Organized and Methodical: Highly organized with a commitment to maintaining order and efficiency.
- Skilled Relationship Builder: Ability to foster positive and productive relationships with vendors.
- Positive and Energetic Attitude: Enthusiastic and dynamic, with a proactive approach to work.
