- Experience dispatching service technicians and delivery drivers in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to coordinate approximately 14 technicians/drivers while managing changing priorities throughout the day.
- Computer Aided Dispatching (CAD) systems experience preferred; experience with other dispatch or scheduling software will also be considered.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and GPS systems.
- Truck dispatching, local fleet management, and DOT regulations knowledge highly preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret operator manuals and assist with basic equipment troubleshooting.
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize urgent customer needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technicians, drivers, customers, and branch leadership.
- Customer focused with a sense of urgency and a commitment to keeping equipment operational and customers productive.
- Ability to remain composed, adaptable, and solution oriented while working in a fast paced, high volume service environment.
