Primary Responsibilities
- Policy Management
- Request and process policy changes, ensuring accurate updates in the agency management system.
- Follow up on change requests to confirm receipt of endorsements.
- Verify the accuracy of endorsements and update records accordingly.
- Process and invoice endorsements, providing clients with necessary documentation.
- Client Communication
- Invoice audits and send the relevant documentation to clients.
- Handle daily requests for certificates of insurance (COI), evidence of property (EOP), and evidence of insurance (EOI).
- Documentation and Compliance
- Assist with issuing auto ID cards.
- Process past dues, reinstatements, and cancellations in a timely manner.
- Handle underwriting requests, such as updating driver lists.
- Manage and file customer documents in the agency management system.
- Ensure all customer interactions and transactions are documented accurately.
- Additional Duties
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management Team to support the department’s goals and objectives.
