Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles and heavy machinery, including transmissions, hydraulics, and air brakes.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed, adhering to organizational standards.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices to improve technical skills.
