We are seeking an experienced Call Center Supervisor to lead the company’s call center. As an Outbound Call Center Team Supervisor, you’ll schedule appointments with potential clients for our sales team, using our contact system to connect with new prospects every 90 seconds. We’re seeking a dynamic individual who can lead by example, guiding and mentoring our call center agents to maximize their potential.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of call center agents to engage potential customers over the phone and schedule appointments for the sales team
Utilize effective sales techniques to recommend additional solar solutions to customers
Conduct thorough comparisons between Sunsolar Solution’s products and competitors’ offerings to assist customers in making informed decisions
Ensure prompt responses to emails and manage communication effectively
Stay updated on competitor pricing, packaging, and products, while maintaining knowledge of Sunsolar Solution’s products
Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages growth and development opportunities
Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and respect towards all potential customers
Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to the call center team
Qualifications:
3–5 years of customer service experience
2-4 years in a leadership role
Solar industry experience preferred.
Sales communication experience preferred.
Driver’s license required.
Compensation: $50,000 – $55,000 base salary (DOE) plus performance-based commission. High performers can earn additional incentive compensation based on team results.
