Warehouse Lead

As the Warehouse Lead, you will oversee daily warehouse operations. In addition to coordinating inventory and logistics, you will ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all warehouse activities, while serving as a key point of communication between warehouse operations and installation teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, staging, and distribution of solar products
• Plan and prioritize workflow to meet installation schedules and business demands
• Deliver parts, materials, and tools to installation teams as needed
• Oversee preparation, cleanliness, and stocking of installation crew trailers
• Ensure accurate and timely inventory tracking using systems (e.g., Kojo)
• Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies
• Enforce company safety standards and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
• Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams, including operations and installation crews
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and mobile technology for inventory and communication.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of solar products, parts, or installation processes preferred.
• Ability to move around the warehouse.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clear MVR.
• 2 years of warehouse experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
