As the Warehouse Lead, you will oversee daily warehouse operations. In addition to coordinating inventory and logistics, you will ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all warehouse activities, while serving as a key point of communication between warehouse operations and installation teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, staging, and distribution of solar products
- Plan and prioritize workflow to meet installation schedules and business demands
- Deliver parts, materials, and tools to installation teams as needed
- Oversee preparation, cleanliness, and stocking of installation crew trailers
- Ensure accurate and timely inventory tracking using systems (e.g., Kojo)
- Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies
- Enforce company safety standards and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
- Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams, including operations and installation crews
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
- Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and mobile technology for inventory and communication.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of solar products, parts, or installation processes preferred.
- Ability to move around the warehouse.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license with clear MVR.
- 2 years of warehouse experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Salary : $22 - $25
