Pay Rate: $34/hr W2
Start Date: July 6, 2026 Duration: 1 year, contract to hire
About the Role: SunSoft Online is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Analyst for a contract to hire opportunity with an Arizona State Agency in Phoenix. This role manages IT software procurement strategy and vendor relationships.
Required:
- Minimum 3 years of IT software procurement experience
- IT Asset Lifecycle and Licensing knowledge including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS
- Strategic negotiation experience including SLAs, contracts and renewals
- RFP/RFQ development and scoring experience
- Local Phoenix AZ only, city and state must be on resume
- No visa sponsorship, must be eligible for FTE conversion
- Cover letter required with submission
- Available for in-person interview within 1 week
Preferred:
- ISO-9902 Cloud Procurement Framework knowledge
- TCO and ROI analysis experience
- Technical project management background
- Government or public sector procurement experience
