You're Not Starting From Zero
One of the biggest challenges of starting or growing a property management company is consistently finding property owners who need professional management.
SunSipper is building a nationwide community and housing ecosystem that can create opportunities for property management professionals.
Potential relationships can come from:
- SunSipper Housing Members
- SunSipper Homeowners
- SunSipper Community Members
- SunSipper Business Partners
- SunSipper Real Estate Professionals

The SunSipper Housing Connection
Property management is an important part of the broader SunSipper housing mission.
SunSipper is working to create housing solutions that serve people throughout different stages of their housing journey.
Someone may first encounter SunSipper as:
A renter → A housing member → A homeowner → A property owner → An investor
As people acquire property and build wealth through real estate, their property management needs may change.
That creates an opportunity for you to establish relationships early and continue serving clients as their real estate portfolios grow.
Work Alongside the SunSipper Real Estate Network
SunSipper is building a nationwide network of real estate professionals and housing-related businesses.
Your local property management operation can develop relationships with:
- Realtors
- Real estate investors
- Homeowners
- Landlords
- Contractors
- Insurance professionals
- Financial Advisors
- CPAs and accounting professionals
- Attorneys
- Mortgage professionals
- Local Business Partners
These relationships can create a strong referral ecosystem while allowing each professional to focus on their area of expertise.
Build a Local Vendor Network
Successful property management depends on having reliable people who can respond when properties need attention.
As a Property Management Operator, you'll have the opportunity to develop relationships with qualified local service providers such as:
- Plumbers
- Electricians
- HVAC professionals
- Roofers
- Flooring contractors
- Painters
- Drywall contractors
- Landscapers
- Appliance repair professionals
SunSipper's Business Partner network can provide opportunities to connect property owners and property managers with local businesses that serve the communities they operate in.
The Opportunity to Build Recurring Revenue
Property management is fundamentally a relationship business.
When you provide excellent service to a property owner, that relationship can continue month after month.
As your local portfolio grows, you have the opportunity to build a business around recurring property management relationships rather than relying exclusively on one-time transactions.
Your long-term growth can come from:
Properties Managed → Owners Served → Relationships Built → Referrals → Portfolio Growth
The specific compensation structure will depend on the properties, services, and applicable SunSipper agreements.
What Makes SunSipper Different?
Traditional property management companies often have to build their business through traditional advertising, networking, cold outreach, and property-owner prospecting.
SunSipper is building a broader ecosystem where property management can connect with other housing and financial services.
A homeowner may need a property manager.
A Realtor may have an investor client who needs management.
A Business Partner may own rental property.
A SunSipper member may eventually become a landlord.
A real estate investor may acquire additional properties.
Each relationship can create another opportunity to grow the local property management operation.
What You'll Bring to the Community
As a Property Management Operator, you aren't simply collecting rent or coordinating repairs.
You're helping property owners protect their investments.
You're helping residents have responsive management and well-maintained homes.
You're helping local contractors gain business.
And you're helping create stronger, better-managed housing within the community.
That makes property management an important part of the SunSipper mission.

SunSipper is committed to operating its property management services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
