The Opportunity

As a SunSipper Property Management Operator, you will help establish and operate property management services in your community.

You may work with:

• Residential property owners
• Single-family homeowners
• Multifamily property owners
• Investors
• Landlords
• SunSipper homeowners
• SunSipper housing properties
• Real estate investors
• Local businesses with applicable property needs

Your responsibilities will depend on the properties you manage, your experience, and applicable state and local requirements.

The goal is to build a professional, responsive property management operation that protects property-owner investments while providing excellent service to residents and tenants.

What You'll Do

As a local Property Management Operator, you may be responsible for:

• Managing residential rental properties
• Communicating with property owners
• Communicating with tenants and residents
• Coordinating property maintenance
• Managing repair and service requests
• Coordinating qualified contractors and vendors
• Conducting property inspections
• Coordinating move-ins and move-outs
• Supporting leasing activities
• Coordinating tenant applications and screening processes
• Monitoring rent and property-related payments
• Maintaining accurate property records
• Coordinating preventative maintenance
• Addressing tenant concerns
• Helping protect property-owner assets
• Providing owners with regular property updates
• Developing relationships with local contractors and service providers

• Following applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations

Where activities require a real estate or property-management license, the work will be performed in accordance with applicable licensing requirements.
