Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive, nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through engaging activities and structured learning experiences. You will work closely with children aged 0-5 years, implementing curriculum that promotes literacy, math, and social skills while ensuring each child's individual needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum tailored to the developmental stages of children.
- Create lesson plans that incorporate various subjects including literacy, math, and physical education.
- Manage classroom activities effectively to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Provide individualized support to children with special needs or those requiring early intervention.
- Foster communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions among students.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Conduct assessments and standardized testing as required to evaluate student progress.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience.

Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
