Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy programs.
- Provide one-on-one therapy for neurological, orthopedic, and functional rehabilitation.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive strategies, and recovery techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress.
- Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure coordinated and high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Current or eligible Utah Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Outpatient or home health experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with lymphedema management is a plus but not required.
