Job Title: Marketing Director (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Job Description:Colliers at Tamarac, a premier Assisted Living and Memory Care community, is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Director to join our team.
This role is responsible for driving occupancy by building relationships, managing referrals, and guiding families through the move-in process. The ideal candidate is compassionate, energetic, and fluent in both English and Spanish to better serve our diverse community.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (hospitals, physicians, community partners, etc.)
Conduct tours and assist families through the decision and move-in process
Represent the community at events and networking opportunities
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups
Work closely with leadership to meet census goals
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Previous experience in senior living, healthcare marketing, or sales preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassion for seniors, including those in Assisted Living and Memory Care
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
