What We're Looking For:
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) — OR 5 years of experience working with young children
- NC Early Childhood Credential preferred (not required to apply)
- A genuine love for early childhood education — not just a job, but a calling
- Warmth, patience, reliability, and the ability to stay calm when someone spills paint on your shoes
