How We Support our Teachers ...

• 3 Full-time teachers in every room!!  Our school has the most supportive ratios of any preschool in our area.  We have 3 full time teachers in each room and we DID NOT increase the number of students with that.
• 4 full time front office staff with an engaged supportive owner.  We have created a structure, so when you have any challenges with students or parents you know you are fully supported and respected by management and our families.

Teacher Qualifications...

• Must have a pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Ability to interact and guide students of all ages and skill levels
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday.

• These skills and experience are a plus for this position:
• Prefer to have or working on getting NC Early Childhood Credentials (EDU 119).
• Classroom teaching experience in an accredited early childhood facility is not required but are a plus

Teacher Responsibilities... 

• A passion for working with your specific age group is a must.
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday
• Supervises and manages daily functions for a class of children
• Observes all North Carolina rules and regulations pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children
• Supports communication with parents at the end of the day regarding their child
