Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Assistant Teacher to assist in a classroom of preschool-aged children (2.9 – 5 years). This position will begin right away
- Multiple shifts available between 8.15 AM - 5 PM
Other schedule configurations may be available based on candidate availability.
The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing environment where children can grow emotionally, socially, and academically. You will work closely with lead teachers, families, and our educational leadership to deliver high-quality early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Lead teachers and support staff to ensure smooth classroom operations
- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that supports each child’s unique learning path
- Help with group activities, foster social skills, and promote hands-on discovery through play

Qualifications
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field - Associate's required; Bachelor's preferred
- EEC Teacher Preschool certification
- 2 years experience working with children in a classroom setting
