Role Overview
As a Substitute Teacher / Floater, you will step in to support Infant, Toddler, and Preschool, classrooms as needed. You will play a key role in maintaining consistency, care, and quality across all our centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coverage in classrooms as needed across locations
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
- Support ongoing classroom routines and activities
- Follow lesson plans and center policies
- Ensure compliance with EEC regulations
- Communicate effectively with staff and leadership
Requirements (Important)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between all 7 locations (Required)
- EEC Certification (Infant/Toddler and/or Preschool) – Preferred
- Experience working in a childcare or early education setting
- Flexible, dependable, and adaptable
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
