Sunshine Party & Event Rental is a dynamic and growing party rental company dedicated to delivering top-notch service and unforgettable events. We're looking for an extremely organized and proactive Operations & Logistics Manager to join our team and keep our events running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Coordination: Plan and manage the schedule for all deliveries, including assigning trucks, routes, and delivery crews.
- Weekend On-Call: Be the primary point of contact on weekends to handle any issues, last-minute changes, and ensure smooth dispatching.
- Employee Management: Handle call-offs by quickly finding replacements and communicating with team members about their shifts.
- Customer Communication: Provide customers with delivery windows and handle any schedule changes or special requests.
- Paperwork & Organization: Manage all delivery-related paperwork, including loading slips and schedules. Keep everything organized and communicate effectively with group leaders about staffing and logistics.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and dispatch software to manage schedules and communicate with the team.
